Energy and the Environment

Do you have the answer?

Energy touches every part of our daily lives. The impacts of our current energy production and usage create a demand for cleaner, more sustainable energy options.

The University of Michigan and DTE Energy have partnered to engage the next generation of leaders in clean energy and increase the speed of energy innovation. For the 2008-2009 academic year, we are offering a $100,000 Clean Energy Prize to help draw emerging technologies out of university labs in Michigan and into the commercial space.
